The modern and hygienic way of farming produces tasty and crunchy temperate vegetables bursting with Vitamins A,C,E, chlorophyll, dietary fibres and minerals such as calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium (Certificate of Analysis CL/M80233-39/2001).

The vegetables cultivated in a netted greenhouse on a five-hectare farm in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, include temperate lettuces, lettuces and subtropical leafy and chillies. They are marketed under the brandname Sime Fresh.
