1. How do I apply for a position?
- We prefer to receive applications online through our website as your personal details can directly be stored in our database. We will treat your application with utmost confidentiality.
2. What happens after I have applied?
- We will process your application, short-list you if your qualification matches the requirements of the position and contact you for an interview.
- If you send us a general application, we will save your details so we can contact you if there is a relevant vacancy.
3. How do I find out about job vacancies in Sime Darby Plantation?
- The list of vacancies in all divisions is regularly updated on our Corporate website (www.simedarby.com). You are welcome to deposit your application online.
- We post our advertisements online at selected recruitment agencies’ website.
- We participate at selected career fairs hosted by local higher education institutes and also corporate organizations from time to time.
4. I sent my CV three days ago and so far I have not received any reply. What should I do?
- We only review CVs after the closing date and will contact only the short-listed candidates. However, even if we do not contact you it does not mean that your CV had gone unnoticed but it could mean that the position had been filled.
